Warranty Period | The studio provides a one-year warranty for its products, accompanied by a receipt/certificate.

What's Covered by the Warranty? | The warranty includes cleanings and any damage repair except for breakage or tearing. Within the warranty framework, the studio will provide, at the customer's choice, either a new jewelry item, repair, or refund.

What's Not Covered by the Warranty? | The warranty does not cover loss of jewelry or any part of it. Additionally, there is no warranty for coatings. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company itself or factors such as strikes, natural disasters, computer system failures, and the like. There is also no warranty for bags and packaging provided as gifts that were damaged during shipping. The studio is not responsible for any use by the customer and/or the purchaser that does not comply with the manufacturer's or studio's instructions. There is no warranty for items given as gifts without cost from the studio and/or Michal Ben-Harush.

What Could Invalidate the Studio's Warranty for Damages? | Jewelry should not be exposed to chemicals or extreme environmental conditions that could alter their appearance. Without detracting from the above, it is clarified that jewelry should not be exposed to high concentrations of salt, chlorine, cleaning agents, detergents, cosmetic products, and the like.
